My work focuses on helping women understand the root causes behind changes in metabolism, digestion, energy, and hormone balance—especially when “doing all the right things” no longer works the same way.
Like many women, I’ve experienced firsthand how midlife changes can feel confusing and discouraging—especially when lab work appears “normal,” yet the body feels anything but. That experience deepened my commitment to a more thoughtful, food-first, whole-person approach to health.
